Cheryl Rivers was ushered into her heavenly home on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 in Media, Pennsylvania.

Cheryl was born July 23, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Robert and Margaret Rivers. She resided and grew up in the Parkside community of Camden, New Jersey and then returned to Philadelphia, Pa. to reside and raise her two children. She was a loving, trusting, and compassionate soul who dedicated her life to provide for her children. Cheryl was an avid music fan, enjoyed dancing, and loved being with family and friends.

Cheryl is survived by her daughter Apollonia Rivers and son Calipsus Rivers; sisters, Denise Spence, Anita Stewart (Melvin), Robin Graham (Gary); brothers, Robert Rivers (Nancy), Joseph Rivers, Wayne Rivers (Barbara), Kevin M. Rivers, Brian J. Rivers; a host of nieces and nephews, and cousins from Pennsylvania, Maryland, South Carolina, and Florida.

Cheryl’s life is now complete because it started and ended on the same day – like a perfect circle.

Services and burial will be private.
