God's peace to you all. Lynn was an incredible asset to me at SCDOT. I work with utility companies relocating when we widened and adjusted roadways. Lynn had a Library of Congress volume of knowledge about every utility company working in the Midlands of South Carolina. Every time I needed help with a Lexington County project, she told me three people to contact to solve my problems and get our job done.
