I worked with Chester for 4 years in Corpus Christi at Bill Miller Associates. I was just out of college and this was my first experience working in an engineering office. I have great memories of Chester. He taught me a lot about the industry and helped me hone good work habits and to take pride in what i do. It's been close to 30 years since I last saw the man, but he helped shape the life I lead. Chester, you will remain in my heart always. Rest in peace

I am deeply saddened to learn, just this very day, of Chester's recent passing. I worked with Chester for several years when we were both employed by Bill Miller Associates,
a local Mechanical/Electrical Engineering firm owned by William K. (Bill) Miller. I will always remember Chester as a man of good moral character, professionalism, and devotion to his work and family. My sincere condolences to his wife, children, and grandchildren.
