Uncle chester you will be truly missed and loved r.i.p for ever we love you..... love always your niece miesha davis

I will never, ever forget this man's kindness and leadership....

What a great loss. Teacher, friend, you will be missed, Since 1954 Central Jr High. Richard Dwyer

Those of us who were blessed enough to have Mr. Green as our principal, boss and friend know that he was a fair man, who's understanding presence was a source of constant reassureance for all of us. God bless you and your family.

(Of course we called him "Mr. Green" at Central Jr. High in 1951, where he was vice-principal under principal Chauncey King.) He was a fine mentor who, with Lee, became a good friend in our later years...
