Not sure what to say?

When I found out that Gene had past away, I was saddened. Gene and I worked together for 3 years at Reynolds & Reynolds and became close friends. Gene was always willing to help out another person if he could. I still remember the afternoon he helped me change my brakes on my car for no charge. Gene was always doing things like that and his memory will be with me forever. My prayers go out to his family, friends, and his daughter!

It seems that in the blink of an eye you have suddenly left us, and we are not the same without you. we truly hope to see you again resting peacefully in Jesus arms when we meet again in glory and all the scars and pain of this life are healed. Until then you will be missed, bless you friend goodbye.
To the family and loved ones of our friend, our condolances and prayers go out to you. Gene was a person you can really...

Gene was an irreplaceable, one of a kind, always loyal, friend. Gene told me that he might not be there when I wanted him to be, but that he'd always be there when I needed him. That's the way he was. He was always up for helping others, young and old alike. He took the time. He went out of his way. He gave a lot of love. I hope Liam and Olivia one day come to know that their dad was unique, a very special man who was loved, respected and valued by those of us who were lucky enough to have...

Mr Prather was my son's 5th grade teacher at Trotwood Preparatory and Fitness Academy. He was the BEST teacher my son has ever had. He truly loved and challenged his students like no other teacher I have ever seen. Those of us who were touched by his warm heart and kind soul truly are saddened by his death. My prayers are with his family.

Gene touched a lot of lives and will be truely missed. He was a kind, caring person who always had a hug and kind words. My prayers go out to his family and his many friends.

Gene was a very kind man. He helped my mom & me a lot when we moved into our house. He liked me & I liked him. When he could only invite one person to a Dragon's game, he took me. He wanted to teach me how to kill snakes, but my mom didn't want that. He wanted to fix my dirtbike with me. He taught me tons of things. We were together a lot & he always paid a lot of attention to me even when adults were around. I am very sad that he will miss my 10th birthday. Gene was a very good man and I...

I had the opportunity work with Gene during my time at Reynolds & Reynolds (1999-2002). He was great person to work with who will be truely missed by all of us. My prayers are with his family and close friends.
