Chester, what can I say. I've known you since I was born. You nicknamed me George and called me this forever. You were Joseph's godfather and a father figure to all of us. You were the subject in our family so many times and still will be. I got to see you at Gino Merli which always made my day. Heaven's gain and what a legacy you left to our family. I know you and Joseph are smiling down upon us. RIP to one of my favorite people in the world.

I was privileged to work with your father/grandfather in my capacity as director of the Holocaust Education Resource Center. He was, indeed, a true gentleman. Always willing to help educate the young, very reliable, extremely friendly and extremely likeable. Chester had one of the warmest smiles ever.
I wish you smiles from the warm memories I'm sure he created with and for you.

Dear Family:
I would like to express my deepest condolences for your loss. Chester was indeed a true Gentleman in every sense of the word. I always found him friendly and helpful when I began teaching at the Wallenpaupack School District. I am glad I had the pleasure of knowing him on a professional basis. He always made my day as a new young teacher. May he rest in peace in God's hands.
