Chester was born on January 29, 1935 and passed away in May 2019. Chester was a resident of Oklahoma at the time of passing. After graduating from Granite High School, he received a scholarship to play basketball for Panhandle State University in Goodwell, OK. Chester was in the Army National Guard, and coached football, basketball, and baseball. Celebration of Life services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 10 at Christ's Church of Yukon, 620 W. We are so sad to hear of the passing of Chester. He always brought a smile to those around him, especially my dad, Jim Spears, who was so fond of his younger brother. Our prayers are with you all and may God bless your family as you mourn his loss but rejoice in his reunion with Jewel.
