Not sure what to say?

It is hard to believe that we are coming up on the 5th anniversary of Sami's passing. I am lucky not to only have been a student of Sami's but he also became a friend. He is dearly missed.

When someone we love falls asleep in death the memories we have of them become our treasure, may those cherished memories of a life well lived and Gods promise at John 6:40 bring you a measure of comfort and peace during this most difficult time. My sincerest condolences to the family.

Our prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.

Sami was a true gentleman and one of the most humble, kindest, courteous individuals I have ever met. He was an asset to UAH and to his students. It was an honor to work with you.

Sami took an interest in me when I was a really young engineer and went out of his way to befriend me. A heart as big as Texas and an oil-well's depth of wisdom.

The seniors at the Madison Senior Center share in this time of grief and sorrow but also share in the love and memory of our friend Sami.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. It was delightful to know you at the Madison Senior Center.

I am so sorry to hear of Sami's passing. He was by far the best teacher I had at UAH. Even after I graduated I would occasionally see Sami and he would always remember my name. After 33 years since graduating I still mention Sami to people. I can say he was one of the best persons I have ever known.
