You were the best friend I ever had. No matter what happens during the remainder of my life; it can not possibly match the fun times we had for so many years. Thank you for having confidence in me when others did not. I miss you dear friend.

I met Chris when my husband and I first got married, and I have never met anyone quite like him. He was sweet, funny, and would do anything for you. He was very conversational and loved to share. I will never forget going out to eat with my husband and Chris, and seeing him attempt to use his drumsticks (which he always kept handy) to eat. CT took me to my first MLB game, my first NHL game and my first baseball card show. He taught me to skate with hockey skates, took me to Canada to buy hockey equipment, drove me around in the early hours of the morning to play hockey in Garden City and Lakeland, took me snow skiing for the first time and even played a round of golf with me and Gary in Oscoda.

Chris was a great friend who went out of his way to help those in need, a quality that was dictated by his heart and a genuine interest in people. He was funny, compassionate, insightful, eccentric, and wise. I am certain that wherever he is, those qualities will help move along that plane of reality and aid in accomplishing whatever lies ahead.
