Not sure what to say?

I'm very sad to hear of Chris's passing. He was a real music fan with a passion that ran deep. We didn't always agree on what constituted a good or indeed a great album but I think we both enjoyed our discussions and the fact that we shared a common passion. I can still see his face, with eyes closed as he tried to convince me that his latest favorite album was the greatest album ever or at least it was until the next time I saw him. Vale Chris. Definitely one of the good guys. Great mind, great teacher and friend.

Through my very deepest sadness shine memories of a colourful character larger than life. You were a unique and beautiful soul Chris, feeling so sad. Love to all his loved ones

In fact we shared a small closet as a staff room for a number of years. Fellow teachers who knew Chris smiled knowingly when I arrived to find he was to be my staff room companion. He turned out to be the most warm-heated, generous, amusing and entertaining character that you could ever wish to meet. He was also one of the most passionate young teachers I...
