Chris Ernest Bilbro

I had the opportunity to meet and talk with Chris many times when he came to the Fairbanks, Alaska Spring Flings (wine tasting). He got many of us hooked on Marietta wines and to this day when we all get together and are drinking one of his great wines we always bring up hs name! We all shall raise our glasses to you, Chris - such a great wine maker and human being!!

I met Chris many years ago in Santa Rosa. He was such a nice person. He took me out to Sonoma State hospital and showed me his kids that he worked on their physical well being. He was a very dedicated person. I'm sure he will be missed

I am deeply saddened at the passing of this wonderful man. I admired Chris a lot for who he was, what he accomplished and how he led his life.
I am in awe of what he has accomplished out there on the left coast. His legacy will endure through what he and his family have created!
Chris truly lived life on his own terms. It has been rich and full and meaningful.
