Not sure what to say?

I knew Chris as so many in this book did through Rotary. Chris was a great Rotarian and will be missed by all who knew him. He was just coming into his prime as a member and I am saddened that I will never get to see it. Heaven has gained a great person and a great Rotarian.

To all of the Blanchard families,
I was truly grief stricken to hear of the death of Chris and Colby. Chris was not only a step-son, but a close friend. He will truly be missed by his family and his friends. I have great memories of Chris while he was growing up and had great respect for the man that he became. I am deeply saddened.

To the Blanchard Family--
I will miss Chris. I was always glad when he was at Rotary. He was fun to talk to and argue with about football. He had that Cajun Twang, and was damn proud of it...like most folks from South La. He will be missed but never forgotten. We will meet again!!

I always felt good in Chris' company. He was kind, generous and enthusiastic. I know he did all of the work he undertook for our Rotary Club because he believed in the many charities that benefitted from his work. In some way, all of us who knew Chris are just a little better because he shared his spirit with us.

To the Blanchard Family,
I got to know Chris several years ago through my husband. He and Chris were in the same flyfishing club and shared several fishing and canoeing trips. After several years, I had the great pleasure to become reacquainted with Chris through Rotary. What a joy it was to talk to him weekly about our "Cajun" connection. My husband and I will both miss him very much. You are all in our prayers.

My wife and I extend our deepest sympathies. The loss of Chris will leave a big void in the lives of many people. We considered him a friend, having shared many cajun stories and a plate or two of crawfish. In Rotary, we considered him a 'go-to' guy. If you asked him to do something, he might roll his eyes but he would also agree to pitch in and help. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Chris through Rotary. He was very dedicated to the club and his friends. My prayer go out to you all. God Bless.

To the Blanchard family,
As a new member of the Jonesboro University Rotary Club, Chris never failed to make me feel very welcome. I am so sorry for the losses you are feeling right now. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. God Bless You

To the family of Chris Blanchard:
From the first time I met Chris, I liked him. We sat at the same "amen corner" table and enjoyed many breakfasts and varied conversations, from football to the proper way to rub, cook and enjoy pork butts. He answered all of the trivia questions and knew alot about alot. We always finished our visits talking about his beloved South Louisia. Jonesboro is a better community because Chris Blanchard passed this way and stayed awhile. His footprints are on...
