This is the most Magnificent Tribute; he was a great achiever of so many countless achievements. A wonderful man I had the pleasure of knowing from a lifetime neighborhood family friendship here on Christian Hill in Lowell. God Bless.

Mrs. Chingros, Chris, and Arthur:
I am saddened to hear of your loss.
I have many fond memories of Mr. Chingros as a young boy; trips to King Ridge skiing, his Karmann-Ghia, the green Chevy Nova
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.
