Carol& family. Royce {Rassie} was a life-
long friend from the class if '49. I always enjoyed his company & irepressible sense of humor. He was always my best buddy during the formative years. Loved him & will miss
him.

Dear Carole and Royce's boys,
We will miss Royce's visits to Oberlin and especially to the '49 class alumni meetings. He has many dear friends in Oberlin and Ralph and I are among his admirers. Violet and Ralph Shaw

Carole
Royce was a wonderful man and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to know him through the years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. With love, Carole & Bob

Dear cousin Carole and family, our thoughts are with you at this sad time. We will miss Royce and his wonderful stories but he has given us unforgettable memories that will stay with us forever. We believe that as long as you hold a person in your heart he never really dies and at some future time we all will be reunited. Carole, you know our thoughts are with you and that we love you very much. If there is anything we can do to help you please let us know. Love, Larry and Barb Faison

Dear Carole and Family: Very sorry to hear the news. Royce and my older brother 'Wendell G. Allen' were in the same high school class and were close friends.
Out families 'Fred G. and Elodie Allen'
visited often in Oberlin in the 1940s and 50s. Royce, Rex and Jane came to our farm many times 5 miles East of Oberlin, KS. We shot off a lot of fire works every 4th of July. A great loss to all.

To Carole and the Rasmussen family,
Royce was a best friend in high school.
I will treasure the memories and his
irrepressible sense of humor.

I have fond memories of uncle Royce and the family coming to visit us on our farm in Nebraska during the 70's. He was always a joy to be with. I'll never forget the time he came to my brother's funeral and playing pool with us in the basement.

To the Rasmussen family:

Royce was a good friend for almost 50 years, I had lunch wih him last in August. I will always remember him as a very good chemist, an avid ( no, more than avid) bridge player, someone with a ready smile and a hearty laugh and ultimately one of the best " good people' I have known. He will be missed.

Carl and family,
Our hearts go out to you as we think about you preparing for a funeral. It seems we are never quite ready. Thankfully, I know you can also rejoice in your sorrow because you have a 'blessed hope' of seeing him again in heaven. We love you and are praying for you.
