We are saddened by Chris' passing but are comforted knowing he is at peace and not in pain any longer. Summers in the Canadian Lakes campground will not be the same without Chris' laughter. There is a hole in our hearts now. We are sending our sincere condolences to Patti and to the extended Van Dyke family. Keep your memories close, and tell the funny stories--they will be a comfort at this sad time.

Dad, I will never forget you. You and mom are both models of how to be a good person. You endured so much and fought so hard but I so wish we were selfish and that you were still here.
