Christen Hsiao-Ching "Chris" Yang

I worked with Chris during the 1970's at the Research Lab. He was a joy to be around. He introduced me to acupuncture through his Chinese Society. I found it quite intriguing and later experienced acupuncture first-hand. He was a dreamer and was very creative. One of his projects was developing coffee filters. It was always interesting to see what Chris's imagination would produce. A very sweet man, Chris was. He may no longer be of this world, but he will remain in the hearts of...

I will always remember Chris for his warm smile and amazing origami skills. Much love and condolences to Rachel and family.

A huge loss to those around him and the community at large. My parents are close friends with Chris and Rachel. My dad is no longer around either but I know he valued his friendship with Chris very much. My deepest condolences to Rachel and family. Sending much love nd hugs.

I was one of Chris's Caregivers, and I am going to miss him so much. He was a most beautiful and deep person. He was always so polite, and thankful, even in his weakness. I am very humbled to have known such a great man, and welcome his peace now.
I am also humbled to have worked with his lovely family, Wife-Rachel, Daughter-Christine, Son-David, and Son-Robert "Bob". They opened their arms and thoughts to me, and made me feel like family. "What a wonderful family and legacy you left Chris!"
