I regret that I didn’t know of Chris’s passing until now. Too many years ago, I was making my first sales visit to AIG on behalf of my company. I must have spoken non stop for 45 minutes and instead of the rapturous applause I knew I was going to receive, he just cleared his throat, stared my way, and said I was the best snake oil salesman he’s seen.
