Not sure what to say?

I am so saddened to learn of Christian's passing! I never met him personally, but came to know him through the wonderful magazine he created with you, his family. He will be sorely missed by many more people than he could have known.

Dear Christa & family & friends,
We were so saddened to learn of Christian's death. He had come to talk with our group recently and we had such a good time with him that evening. He was a little shy at first, but we helped him overcome that quickly. We had a little bit of difficulty understanding his accent, and both he and we laughed about that. We extend to you our sympathy, and our prayers for God's Peace and Comfort.

I too am a motorcycle rider and I feel your pain. You and your sons are in my thoughts and prayers.
Know that God is by your side and holding your hand.
Sincerely
Pat

I am so sorry to hear of this tragedy. It was shocking as I had just had lunch with Christian a few days before the accident. I always enjoyed talking with Christian about motorcycling and his son Manuel who he was so proud of down at NC State.
I and the other members of Nito Judo club send our condolences and deepest sympathies to Christa and Manuel.

Peace and eternal oneness to your soul; and grace, strength and patience to your wife and family.

There are no words for the tradegy of this loss to the motorcycling community. Christian's enthusiasm and concern for the sport and recreation of motorcycling was inspirational. His wit and the distinct pleasure of his company I will sorely miss. My thoughts and prayers are with Christa and the boys.

While I never met Christian personally, I felt I knew him well through his writings in Road Runner. He was truly a global ambassador for the sport of motorcycling. My family's prayers and condolences are with your family at this time, Christa. Please know that many members of the motorcycling community are thinking of you and Christian's family as well.

Christa, Manu and Florian, we are so saddened by your tragic loss. We feel that Christian will be well remembered by his two wonderful sons. Manu and Florian, you stand as wonderful tributes to your father.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you, Barb and Norman
