From the first time Aine introduced me to Chris, I knew that he was a gentle soul and full of love. It's true that the Lord takes the young and Chris will shine his light down on every life he touched. May he rest in glory.

A pleasure to have known Chris. Gone too soon but will always be in our hearts with fondest memories. A ray of sunshine. He told me once, as a nervous flyer, to think of air turbulence as a bumps on the road. It has worked. Thank you for the advice.

Rest easy, Chris. Great memories from our days on the pitch. Condolences to Áine and family.
