Christina, along with her husband Ulysses (who passed a few years ago), were my bosses at a small Mexican restaurant in Richmond called Su Casa. I worked there part-time as a waiter while I was in college in the late ´90s. In true Greek fashion, they could be tough on me-but just as much, they showed me compassion, care, and love.
