I was Ms. Clark's co-worker at Jackson Hewitt. I recalled one day when a client came into the office and was very upset about an IRS letter he received. Ms. Clark took the time to explain to him what was going on and he left very satisfied. My condolences to Ms. Clark's family and friends.
