Chris was the kind of friend that even if you hadn't seen her in a while, the conversation just picked up where it had left off. She exemplified all that I would like to be: kind, generous, caring, compassionate, a life of service to others, pure in spirit, and most of all an example to others of what it is to BE a Christian woman. Chris Haley was a wonderful and warm human being. I was very fortunate to know her and have her substitute for my classes many times; she was loved by the kids and all those who met her. My condolences go out to the Haley and Brem families.

A truly special light has moved to a new place to shine. Having grown up in Gilroy with Chris, her siblings, and cousins, I can say that her passing is very sad. Blessings to her family, and her smile and positiveness will never be forgotten.
