METZGER, Christina (Felisky) - Of Flushing, age 47, died Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at her residence. Funeral service will be held at 11AM, Sunday, April 27, 2008, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Cremation will take place following the service. In lieu of flowers contributions to the family to set up a college fund for her son. Visitation 12-5PM Saturday at the funeral home. Christina was born in Flint, Michigan on July 18, 1960, the daughter of Charles and Margaret (Breithaupt) Felisky. Surviving are son, Michael Metzger, II; siblings, Catherine (Joseph) Szumowski, Carrie ( John) Burnett, Charles Felisky and Nancy Mecum; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Chris Hodgins, the Young family and the Stawasz family. I am so sorry to hear about aunt chrissy she was such a kind hearted and caring person. She always had a smile and laughed all the time. I remember being young and her doing my hair and watching three's company together at aunt carrie and uncle john's house. i remember staying the night with aunt chrissy in clio when mikey was a baby and she ordered 50's pizza and when we got the pizza it was as good as she told me it was going to be. I always thought of aunt chrissy as my own aunt since...

WE ARE SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. CRISSY HAD A BIG HEART AND WAS A GOOD PERSON. I REMEMBER HER AS HELPING OUT ANYONE WHO NEEDED HELP EVEN THOUGH SHE COULD BARELY HELP HERSELF.
