Not sure what to say?

I just found out about Ms. Miles passing from my daughter who knew her from the Maurice House. Ms. Miles was my kindergarten teacher at Monroe Street School in 1966. I remember her as being so calm and very nice with a very sweet smile. I wish I could've seen her again to say thank you but I will see her again in heaven.

Jan, so painfully sorry about the loss of your beautiful mother. She was always kind and gracious when she came in to do volunteer work for our office. And such a snazzy dresser (!), never a hair out of place. This office misses her greatly.

How tremendous of a person who can leave a life- long impression on a child. I had Ms. Miles in kindergarton at Monroe St. School probably 1962. My older brother 2 years earlier and she still attended his funeral services in 2011. Nothing but respect and admiration for this woman. Will be sadly missed

To the Family of Christina Miles: I offer my deepest, heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your loved one and my friend, "Chris," Love and God's Blessing. Thelma Barnett

Very sad to hear about Mrs. Miles passing, she was a kind and beautiful person, who served the Cumberland County library Commission with greatness

Mourning the loss of my Aunt who truly demonstrated the fruit of the spirit Paul wrote about in the 5th Chapter of Galatians. I will always remember the love and encouragement she gave me. She will be sorely missed.
