Not sure what to say?

Dear Burke and Jack,
I am so sorry for the loss of your mom and wife. I always enjoyed seeing Chris at family gatherings.

My deepest sympathy, Dotty MacDonald

Jack:

I was real sorry to hear about Chris. I always felt a real kinship with her because we're the same age and we've been at the paper about the same amount of time, although I have two or three years on her, I believe. But we were always pretty good pals.

My warmest condolences to you and Burke and the entire family.

Sincerely,

Bud Barth

Dear Burke and Jack,
Life at the T&G is not as much fun without Chris, and I'm grateful for the years I worked with her and all the times she made me laugh until my face hurt. I'm so sorry for your loss. Please know you'll be in my prayers.

I am sorry for your loss. I was a classmate of Chris's at Marywood Seminary. I'll always remember her smiling face and helpful manner from high school.

Dear Burke and Jack,

I've worked with Chris for many, many years and thought that if anyone could possibly beat that terrible desease it surely would be Chris. She touched many lives and will be sorely missed. We had some wonderful, fun filled times here at the T&G. If you needed a laugh Chris would always have a great story to tell to get you laughing. I'll always have good memories of Chris. My prayers are with you both.

Dear Burke,

Doug and I are so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. You and your family are in our prayers. Although we never had the good fortune to meet your mother, she must have been an amazing person to have raised someone as special as you are.

All our love,
Kaitlin and Doug

Jack and Burke:
I wish I could be there. Chrissy was the best. We are all praying for you guys. Heaven is really heaven now with Coach, Jennie and Chris.
Love, Eddie

Burke and Jack,

I’m so terribly disheartened to learn that Christine passed away on Saturday. I had the absolute pleasure and good fortune to have been assigned Christine as my first editor at the T&G back in the summer of 1999 when I was only an intern. It was she who offered me support and encouragement to pursue a career in journalism. She had a personality and a wit that could ease anyone, including a nervous college junior into comfort and then bent over with tears from laughing...

Dearest Burke and Jack,
Tom and I were very sorry to learn of the untimely passing of our beloved Christine! She was a dedicated mother and wife and a wonderful friend! You are in our prayers ! God Bless you both!
Love,
Ellen & Tom Mirarchi
