Christine was such an inspiration to me as an independent, focused, woman, traveler and artist. She is the reason I arrived in Miami in 1979 and made this my home. As years passed and we rarely spent time together, it was good to know that she was in the world creating her artwork; and it was always a joy to see her when we would meet at an opening or slide jury. I will miss your gentle smile. I mourn our loss, as I cherish the memories I have.

My dear sister Christine....You will be missed by so many and leave behind many memories, as well as a legacy of your work and your students. I take comfort that you have come home, as Dorothy said "There is no place like home". You have joined the other doves now.
Love and Kisses,

I am very saddened by the death of Christine. She was the consumate artist and a very beautiful person inside and ouside. It was a joy to handle her artwork in the Gloria Luria Gallery and many collectors constantly have the joy of owning her wonderful creations. Gloria Luria
