I have such happy memories growing up in our "old" neighborhood. Going to the sweet shop for a cone with sprinkles. Novo's for the gold standard of pizzas. Chris' home was where her friends gathered to listen to her records with soda and chips and dip. Chris and I were Best friends from 6th grade through high school. (her parents are and were the best!) We shared so many happy times over the years, like standing up to her and Mike's wedding and the birth of Sean! As life took us in separate directions we always exchanged birthday cards and Christmas cards to keep in touch.
Whenever a Beatle song plays, I'll think of Chris and how excited we were to go see them when they came to Milwaukee! I will cherish all those memories and extend...
