The Broken Chain
We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, and though we cannot see you, you are always by our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God...

Velia, Moni, Diane and Steven... This is the first time I've read all the entries that so many people have left. This truly is a testimony to the beautiful person that she was and the concern she had for others. It's still hard to believe and I know some days are more difficult than others. The poem on one of the entries had a great message; it is her free of pain that is a blessing. I do miss hearing her laugh, but at least have pictures to remember her beautiful smile.
Love you...

Dear Friends & Family,
I received the following card from Eloisa Langston who met Christine in Spain. It is so beautiful I wanted to share it with you.

Dear Mrs. Berta,

I want to let you know that I met Christine in the personnel office Rota-Spain where she worked and we immediately became friends. Christine was a wonderful person very professional, kind and supportive for others. One day Christine and I were talking, I told her that I had lost my 35 year old son in a...

Chris was a kind and generous person. I will treasure our friendship and miss her bright, shining star here on earth. Many blessings to her family and friends...

My thoughts and prayers remain with you and the families. May God bless each and everyone of you and give you peace.

Dear Moreno and Lujan families,
Christine was such a beautiful person, inside and out. We feel blessed for the time we shared with her. Our many thoughts and prayers are with you.

To David and Christine's Family:
I had the pleasure of meeting Christine through my husband. She was a wonderful woman. She was very beautiful and truly the nicest person anyone could meet. She was always willing to do whatever she needed to do for friends and family. The only regret I have is not taking a trip to see her. She will always be in my thoughts. David and family you will be in my thoughts and prayers and know that we love you all.

Moreno-Lujan Family
