Dear Christine Springer's Family:

Our daughter had a difficult time navigating her teenage years and found herself in front of Judge Springer. After a second mishap we contacted Judge Springer and worked with her to secure some needed treatment for our daughter. Judge Springer was a compassionate member of the judicial systems and really worked to find a solution for all of us and especially one that would help our daughter find the help she needed. Judge Springer continued to stay...

I have to admit, I was nervous about going back home after having been gone for so long. To say I was amazed is quite an understatement. I never, ever realized the impact my mom had on the community. My sisters have grown up to be wonderful women, with families of their own. I'm so proud of them! All I can say is I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everyone's loss. I'm sorry for being so stubborn to mom and my sisters, and sorry that I did not know the Christine that everyone else did. Christine was a...

To the family of Chris Springer,
Please accept our condolences; I first met Chris through the Tompkins County Magistrates Association and from the beginning found her to be a helpful, warm, friendly person. We shared courtroom experiences and laughs. I found her to be a highly dedicated and very competent judge. As a judge Chris was respected and known for her courtroom integrity. She will be missed by all. We offer our prayers and thoughts for Chris and her family.
Sincerely,

Last night, at a meeting, many of the people Chris affected were there discussing how she saw good in them that even they didnt know was there. I hope she knows how many defendants believe she saved their lives. Good bye Judge, Good night, friend.

We were deeply sadden to hear about your Mother. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed by all. We keep you all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

To Molly and the entire Springer family and friends... My deepest sympathies are with you in your loss. My sister, Lynn, who is acting Justice in Owego said she never met your mother, but, had several conversations on the phone with her. Know she will be missed by many whose lives she touched in a variety of ways. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
