Not sure what to say?

I remember her coming to Ocean City, MD every year with the rest of my family members.

Chris and I graduated 1969, DUNBAR, Senior high school, Dunbar, West Virginia. Chris also was in my wedding in 1977. A person can never find a more dedicated, loyal and loving friend such as Chris if she was on your side, she was on your side 100%, I love her more than I can say in this brief area, but I know my buddy is in heaven and is in pain no more and I think our heavenly father for that and I also ask dear God to console and comfort her husband at this time. Signed , Diana McGinnis

Chris was a great asset to the State of WV and the Supreme Court. She was a hard worker who was a delight to deal with. You knew you were in good hands. My deepest sympathy to the family.

My condolences to the family. Chris looked out for me regarding insurance matters when we were employees of the WV Supreme Court and I will forever be grateful. RIP friend.

I met Chris several years ago through her sister Kathy. We immediately became friends, and shared a few lunches together, and fellowship at Kathy's house. Chris, Kathy and Barbara, were very close sisters, and I know there will be a void in their hearts forever. Chris always had a good sense of humor; she made me laugh when we were together. I know that your hearts will be filled with the wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Rest in peace Chris,...
