Not sure what to say?

To the family of Chris,
You were in my thoughts and prayers. We lost our mother on the very same day and I also thought of your pain. We grew up just a few blocks away and I remember him and his family. It is times like this when we realize just what our family and friends mean to us. I am so sorry for you loss.

Karen,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Losing a loved one is difficult and I'm thinking about you.

To the family of Chris Ball:
We were saddened to hear of Chris' untimely passing. May you find comfort in the wonderful memories you have of him. His legacy will live on in his children. Shalom!
(Sts. Peter and Paul--class of '77)

The Ball Family,
So very sorry to hear of Chris' passing, I only regrett not knowing he was ill, I was a friend in high school with Chris, he taught me how to drive my first stick shift (on the column) in his old truck, lots of great memories, and reading the other messages from classmates, I have to agree, friendships in school are always with us. God Bless you and keep you in his loving arms.

Karen,

Barb and I were saddened to hear of Chris'passing. It was not long ago that we talked with Chris about our situation here and about you and the children. Our prayers are with you. If there is something more we can do, just ask. Chris was a great help to us in our transition and we are better for having known him. We are sorry we were not able to spend more time together.

I had the privledge of working with Chris at City Hall. I considered him my friend. Most of all, I will never forget the compassion he showed me after I lost my fiance in a car accident, whom Chris knew as well. May God bless Chris's entire family and cradle you in His love and peace.

Hello Karen and the rest of Chris's Family,
I knew Chris through High School and I Thank God that I had the chance to know someone that so many people had the utmost respect for. Chris was always a class act and now I am sure he is looking down at us and smiling and dancing with the LORD. You will always be in our hearts and we will someday all be together.
We all LOVE you Chris.
THANK YOU for being so COOL !!!!!

Karen,
I was very sorry to hear about Chris. Somehow when you know it was about to happen, it still is a shock when the time actually comes. Please pass along my sympathy to Jessica and Alyson. I tried to make arrangements for coming to the funeral but could not get all the pieces together. I know that the near future will be difficult, especially after your support group returns home. You know that you can count on me for support if you ever need it. Don't hesitate to call me anytime.

The family of Chris Ball:
My old buddy Chris Yule spoke it very nicely on my behalf also. I received a phone call this past week form another dear friend, Steve Westhoff, infoming of Chris' passing. Needless to say, the memories run deep, and through my eyes, Chris was one of us. The high school friendships are never lost, only temporaily forgotten. I miss you Chris Yule, Jimmy Gerhardt, Steve Westhoff, Joe Thomas, and everyone else I've forgotten. I won't forget you, Chris Ball. I only...
