Not sure what to say?

I a still convinced that I am going to walk down the street some afternoon and hear, "FISHA" and turn around and see Bjork headed towards me. I really miss those serendipitous interactions with Chris and his ability to turn any moment--every moment--into a fun and caring interaction. He just had the ability to dig into you a person and I so appreciate our many beers, conversations, and laughs. As I think about a year without our friend, Chris, it is awesome to hear how many feel the same...

I will continue to light a candle in honor of Chris, as I know the light he created in life will shine forever. My heart is filled with deep love for Allison, Anders, Henry and Geordie.

Chris was a student of mine in jr high- in fact one of my very very favorites ❤ He was always kind -fun- super little athlete. Loved him dearly. What a sad lost to this world. ❤❤

I was a student at UO in the late 1970's and Chris was on the Eugene Sports Program baseball team I coached: Willard School at 29th and Lincoln. I remember Chris well. A very outgoing and high spirited kid. He especially loved the challenge of handling the high pop-ups and hard grounders at our practices. 'Come on Coach, hit some more!' was a typical refrain, with a big smile. His primary position was first base, which he played very well. Dug out those low throws fearlessly. Later,...

Chris was the best of Ducks and the best of friends. Generous compassionate thoughtful.....we will miss him more than we can say.
All our love to Allison and surviving 5-Bjorks...Bill&Barb Hutch

I remember when Chris was born. In Eugene I lived next door to his parents Jim and Ann. I’m so sorry about his passing. He sounds like the kind of guy you want to hang around with. No doubt he will be greatly missed. My prayers to his family.

I already miss not seeing you at the Mac club where we could catch up on all of the latest family news. It's a tragedy knowing that I will never hear that big laugh or see that great big smile that said " tell me what's going on in your life" I pray for Allison and the boys that they will overcome their tremendous loss and will move on thinking of you and your kind spirit everyday. You left us too soon my friend. Tell your dad Hi and we love you and your beautiful family.

AJ and...

You were one in a million “little brother” We are here for you Allison, Anders, Henry and Geordie. Love you

May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.
