To,my Blanchard cousins my prayers and thoughts are with you on this sad day

In the short time I knew him he proved himself to be a sincere, honorable and compassionate man. He would talk of "his" town with great pride and could recite so much of its history - things I never knew. His accomplishments in the Culinary school was one of great pride for him and so well deserved. He loved nature, his friends, family and would become very animated at...

To the Blanchard Family, My deepest condolences. Whenever I would see Chris, he would aways take the time and speak with me. Chris would always talk about his brother and sisters. Chris was always proud of his family. Chris was a very nice person, and a happy go lucky person. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I pray that we will all see Chris again in Heaven.

Herb I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your son. One of the last time I saw you at Nayaug School you told me how your son was graduating from Culinary School and you were so proud. Its not easy to loose a loved one, but stay strong, Chris would want you to. Miss seeing you at the different locations.

To the Blanchard family- I was fortunate to meet Chris at the Connecticut Culinary Institute when I was an instructor there. He was always willing to talk, never showed a mean intention toward anybody or anything, and displayed a love for food and cooking. My thoughts are with you Chris, and I'm so sorry this happened to you.
Peace. Chef Gary

My deepest condolences to the Blanchard family. I only saw Chris a few times since graduating in 86, but whenever I did we always had great conversations and lots of laughs. We'll miss you Chris.
