Christopher James Brito of Florala passed away April 30, 2015. He lived to be 18 years young, born November 19, 1996 at Bay State Hospital in Springfield, MA. At a young age he moved to the southern states of Florida and Alabama where he lived most of his life and received his education. Chris was a senior at Florala High School class of 2015. After graduation he was looking forward to joining the U.S. Marines. Christopher James was a loving big hearted young man who was a stranger to no one. His hobbies included singing, writing poetry, sports, video games, working out, swimming and more. Chris was very passionate in his work and loved helping other people. He loved making people laugh as well as being a good listener and guiding suffering people. Chris never hesitated to bring a smile to someones face just by being his happy loveable self. He cared very deeply for friends and loved ones and was always lending a helping hand to anyone in need around him. Chris was truly a beautiful soul that will be missed by all.
He is survived by his family and friends and abundance of extended love ones.
Funeral services for Christopher James Brito will be 3PM Wednesday May 6, 2015 from Evans Funeral Home with Joel Glenn officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.

It's funny how memory works. The minute I looked at the date I knew it was your birthday. Yesterday carries more meaning between us too. You'll forever be missed by so many. I hate that you had to go but hey life is short, you were called home. My mom passed recently so maybe you'll cross paths with her. She would've liked you your memory lives on Chris, and you impacted more people than you even realize. Hope your dancing in the sky, brother.

It's ironic how a small scenario allowed me to remember you forever. One single trust fall, and then the many phone calls, you were always special to me, you were a great person and a great friend.
