The loss of Chris is hard to fathom. Knowing that he is not out there telling a story or conjuring up a prank will take time to sink in. Our condolences to his family, close friends, and to his military family. I will always cherish the day we met in my office at Norwich University in 1993 when reported to my tank platoon. We remained friends and I watched him grow into a caring and passionate leader. God speed my friend and now Rest In Peace. Until we meet again. Love ya.

Chris was my friend, and a friend of my son. Time cut short. I appreciate that we knew one another. Because we are human, we hurt.

Chris, The entire mess hall would light up during 3rd mess when you rolled in. The room always got a little brighter, our hearts a little lighter, and mood a lot funnier, when you showed up. Your humor, spirit, and friendship will be remembered always. Rest in Peace Brooksy.
