I knew Chris for 7 years. I met him at gym when I was 23, recently broken up with my first love, lost and unsettled in life. I stopped by one day after work and inquired about taking boxing lessons. A week later I showed up for my first lesson. Chris came right out to greet me with his characteristic exuberance, light smile, and kind eyes. what a shock! too young. I got to know Chris first when he would come to my restaurant to pick up lunch for him and his co-workers, then he helped me buy a car and even worked in the catering with us a few times. All I will remember about him is his infectious smile and great laugh! and how he had a way of making you feel special just by talking with you. I also know very well how much he loved his kids - may God hold his soul for eternity
