Christopher Busby

Centerville, GA: Christopher Busby, 42, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 until 9 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Christopher was born in Warner Robins, GA. He was preceded in death by his mother Mary (Conner) Busby. He graduated from Warner Robins High School and attained a Master's Degree from GA College & State University in Milledgeville. He was employed with the State of Georgia working in the Pardon & Parole Division. Survivors include his father Anthony Busby of Warner Robins, brother Scott (Kimberly) Busby of Dallas, GA, fiancé Jessica Lilley Reed and her two sons Ty and Ryan Reed all of Centerville, mat. grandmother Aletha Conner of Byrdstown, TN, pat. grandmother Elsie M. Busby of Riverdale, GA., nephews Aiden Busby, Cohen Busby, Rylan Busby of Dallas, GA, numerous aunts, uncles and friends. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital @ One St. Jude Place Building, P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 300, Memphis, TN, 38148-0552, in memory of Mr. Busby. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
