I just read Chris has passed on. A good guy that I have not seen in years. I was friends with Chris and Patti back in the eighties. Sympathy to the Family. Barry Wasilew Knoxville, TN

Dear Family of Chris: I knew Chris from homeroom at Parkside HS. We sat in the sewing room at tables for 4. Chris was always fun-loving and witty, which he did not lose when I saw him at our PHS Class of '68 reunions. I used to work with Vets of the Viet Nam era wartime and I was honored to be able to learn their stories and appreciate the heavy burdens they carried years after the war. I don't know the sacrifices you made, Chris, but thank you for your service.

Chris came home from Viet Nam with a collection of Super 8 movies of jungle, filmed while hanging from the cargo net of a small helicopter, flying low and slow. He also had a remarkable snap shot on the foosball table, a signature talent of Viet Nam Era vets.
Chris was a nice man. He loved dogs and was a credit to his parents, also lovely folks.
The world was always a better place when Chris was around.

To Chris' family and loved ones. I knew Chris as a young man, and followed his life through his brother, my buddy Clay. May he rest in peace, with our deepest sypmpathy.
