Although i heard of Chris' passing several years ago when i visited the Saginaw school location for an old black belt get together with Shodai, i just now was searching online and saw this announcement. In case any of Chris' family see this i would like to extend my condolences and state that i was shocked and saddened at hearing the nrws years ago. Dear Collins Family,
My family knew Chris about 5 months, he was my son's and mine Jujitsu coach. I want to thnk you for raising a wonderful son. He has inspirered me to work harder at my training and enjoy life. The first time I met Chris I didn't know what to think of his tuff exterior, but I quickly found out he was a gentle giant who would give you the shirt off his back. Although he is in Heaven his memory lives on.
