Christopher A. "Chris" Compton, Jr., 33, of Pen Argyl, PA, passed away Sunday, January 21st, at St. Luke's Hospice House, Bethlehem.

Chris was born in Easton, PA on May 29, 1984, a son of Nancy (Dalrymple) Compton, of Roseto, PA and Christopher A. Compton, Sr., and his companion Lori Reddinger, of Bangor, PA.

Chris was employed as a manager at Advanced Auto Part in Wind Gap, PA. He was a 2003 graduate of Bangor High School. Chris enjoyed golfing, fishing, RC cars, and video games.

In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by his fiancee Heather Hartanft, two daughters, Jane and Aurora Compton, three sisters, Tasha Marie Compton, Amber Lynn Compton, and Kathleen Lucille Compton, two brothers, Cody Allen Compton and Louis Cameron Compton, a step sister, Stephanie Lynn Hoff, and paternal grandfather Edward Compton, Sr.. He was preceded in death by a paternal grandmother Lucille Compton and maternal grandparents Carl and Lorraine Dalrymple.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, January 25th at the Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 4 Lillian Lane, "Village of Johnsonville", Bangor, PA. Family and friends are invited to call 10 to 11 AM on Thursday, January 25th at the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Compton Family, c/o the funeral Home, 4 Lillian Lane, Bangor, PA 18013.
