Not sure what to say?

I think of you often my friend.

Something is missing since you left us.

Godspeed my friend I am a better man of knowing ya

In 7th grade at Slauson Middle School I took Industrial Arts, a sort of intro to Architecture and drawing. I was ok but Chris was a little better ... we were competitive. And it was awkward as I was the only girl in the class. I was drawn to him as a simpatico. We had dry wit fun during a painful 7th grade year. At our 30th hs reunion we danced. I will never forget you Chris.

I only knew Chris from "the pool" at WCC, He was almost always there when I happened to go there. He was such a positive force and exuded enthusiasm for life. Blessings to his family and friends, he surely will be missed.

I'm very sorry to read about Chris's passing. Chris was known by all and highly respected in the Lawton/Lansdowne community when we were kids. Later, upon returning to Ann Arbor, I was able to re-connect with Chris at pools at both the Saline Rec Center and WCC, where he always had time to chat, tell me a little-known fact about UPS (with whom I franchised) and was a motivator to get in the water and get some laps in. We admired Chris for the way he dealt with his challenges. He had a lovely...

I was a friend of Chris - we met at the Washtenaw Health and Fitness Center. We spent many an enjoyable lunch together and also went to Cobo and Yost to attend hockey games. I always admired Chris' love of life and the fortitude with which he faced his disability. He was highly intelligent and fun to be with! I will miss him, as will his many friends at the Fitness Center. My condolences to his family.

My heart is sad that I will no longer see Chris at Yost Ice Arena. He was a joy to be around & his enthusiasm was contagious! Go Blue, Chris!

Christopher superseded all obstacles in life which we all admired. He was a kind and caring person. We will remember his smile and the laughter during many great childhood memories in Ann Arbor Michigan and his visit to New York. He will be missed dearly. May his memory be eternal
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his loving family.
