We first met over dinner with friends at Flanagan´s. It took about 3 more weeks of meeting for dinners with friends before you finally burst out laughing at one of my numerous quips. To Susan, Margo and Chris as well as Chris senior's many friends and acquaintances I offer my sincere condolences. I had the privilege of serving on the United States Senate Federal Credit Union's Asset and Liability Management Committee, and thereafter on the credit union Board, with Chris, from whom I learned much about finance, integrity, and friendship. Thank you for sharing him with others like myself.

My sincerest condolences to Chris´ family. I worked with him during my years at the US Senate. He was always so professional, and kind, and I enjoyed his sense of humor. May he rest in eternal peace.

Chris was a true Civil Servant and a Jesuit Man for Others. Chris' s image of peace came from how he approached his job and others personally.
