Not sure what to say?

My Dearest Dr. Haxhiu-Erhardt, I am saddened to hear of the passing of your husband. May your memories of him bring you comfort during this difficult time. Sending much love and many hugs.

You will be greatly missed. Your enthusiasm and joy for life was remarkable. Timothy Beddow Iowa City, iowa

I am sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you grieving the loss of Chris.

Though our paths crossed only briefly with Chris, his generous and loving heart were apparent immediately. Clearly, he tended to this world with immense care.

the picture of pure joy is from one of the best kite trips ever - Chris, you were a friend, mentor in life, backcountry skiing and kiteboarding, a perfectionist, a brilliant, thoughtful and kind person and a beast of an athlete - altogether a unique package - words cannot describe how myself and our community misses you

My sincere condolences. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

To Lendita and the children and families: Chris was our loyal and beloved classmate at `82 WAHS and Westminster College. He knew me better than almost anyone other than my own family. He was my Best Man at my Wedding and I always fondly remembered his sense of humor and love of life. He wanted to do it all, and whatever he put his mind to you could rest assured he would succeed. He was a unique, genuine and good hearted man. I am very sad to hear his...
