Carolyn and Don, all of us here at the phone shop extend our deepest sympathies to you. From the moment Chris walked through the door here with his funny stories, quick come backs and of course the inside scoop on every sporting event he was family. We consider ourselves fortunate that such a fine young man passed our way.

2008 KY Derby

From the day we met hatter here in Akron we all knew we had a friend for life. We knew we could always count on him. Taken way too early we were all lucky to have known him and he will be missed.

You always treated me with friendship and respect, and I will always remember you and respect you as a friend.

Carolyn and P.D. I send my deepest regrets. Losing a child is a hard thing and I send prayers to you both.

Hatter was truly one-of-a-kind. He was as great of a friend as you could ever wish to have. I already miss the "Go Buckeyes, Nice Win" text messages. He was the best storyteller out there and I can't believe I won't hear another. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of Chris' friends and family. He will be greatly missed.

With deepest sympathy:Mohawk sample dept.
