Grateful for all of the years we spent together, with our group of friends, who all became our family. I remember the day Chris came home and told all of us he was going to join the Army. None of us believed him until he came home the next day and had shaved off his hair. Thank you for your service, my friend. You will forever be in our hearts, and we will forever share memories and smiles when we think of you.

Such a tremendous loss for his family and friends. Chriss was a very good friend to my son, Chad, who died tragically at age 20. Chris was a rock that Shannon and I leaned on. Will never forget his support and the many hugs that he sent our way.

I am so saddened to hear of Chris´s passing. All of my love and comfort goes out to the entire Hinkle family. It was my absolute pleasure and delight to have known Chris growing up. Proud of him and the life he created and lived. His service to our country was amazing! Peace be with my sweet "Rinkle" Jamie Callahan-Gillis
