               Chris was born in Pueblo, CO and moved to Denver, CO with his family when he was 5 years old. He attended Arvada’s Pomona High School and earned his GED in Everett, WA. He was a material handler by trade and also loved to work on the family farm where he lived with his Fiancé.


              Chris was an avid sports fan who loved the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets and Washington State University Cougars. He also loved to play pool and poker, as well as hang out with the family dogs. He loved his family and God and placed them above all.


              Chris is survived by his parents Javier and Geri Jacquez, Fiancé Katey Tellesbo, sisters Kayla (Josh) Jacquez, Kami (Nick) Jacquez, Niece Layla Jacquez, nephew Kaden Jacquez, grandparents Alonso and Darlene Ontiveros, Jim DeHerrera, numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Chris was preceded in death by grandparents: Salvador Casaus, Andy & Lucy Jacquez and Margaret Macias and uncles and aunts: Mike & Alyf Casaus; Maschelle Jacquez.


              Services will be on March 23, 2024 @ 4:00 pm. Victory Pentecostal Church, 125 North Laventure Road, Mount Vernon, WA 98373. Food to be served, following service. Pueblo, CO services will be provided at a later date.
