Age 11, died Friday, October 8, 2004 at his home. He was born April 11, 1993 in Ann Arbor, Michigan the son of Dana E. Leader and Linda M. Spada. Chris was a 6th grader at Onsted Middle School. He is survived by his parents; Dana Leader of Romulus and Linda (Jerry) Golab of Brooklyn, grandparents; Helen Griffin of Plymouth and Phil Spada of Brooklyn, step-sister, Danielle Leader of Romulus, step-brothers; Jason Golab of Dearborn Heights and Bryan Golab of Redford and several uncles, aunts and cousins. A Celebration of Christopher’s Life will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Braun Chapel in Brooklyn with Rev. Dr. James Skimins and Rev. Mary Jean Bird of 1st Presbyterian Church of Plymouth officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be given to the family for a future fund designated to Chris’ school. My deepest sympathies go out to you. I had Chris two years ago at Brooklyn Elementary. Chris was a hard worker and made so much progress in the year that I had him, he had a great sense of humor too. I have many fond memories of Chris as my student. My prayers are with you during this difficult time.
