Chris and I had several fun experiences. Fishing for flounder in my 14foot boat, shark fishing off Rhode Island, The Great Race for three consecutive years etc. Most of these experiences were shared by several other friends. Rest in Peace old friend.

Dear Joan, Christopher and Keith,
Chris supported us at Microtek from day one, and 17 years later we are still proud and thankful to be part of the Dynawave family.

I don't think there was anyone who lived life more fully than Chris. He was generous, gregarious and accepting, and always looking for people to befriend. His outlook on life was an inspiration and though I didn't see him as regularly in the past few years, I thought of him often, and always with a smile.
I hope all your happy memories of him leading a pack of friends and family towards the next great adventure will comfort you and lift you up. He will be sorely missed by many, and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Dear Joan, Chip & Keith,
I first met Chris about 40 years ago when we were both working for Americon Microwave. Chris came to our SoCal Sales Office where Randy Mouber and I exposed him to field sales. Chris was easy to get to know and I have enjoyed his friendship ever since. When Tony Pina and I started ATSM in 1988, Dynawave was one of the very first companies we represented. Today because of Chris's friendship ATSM still proudly rep's Dynawave. The memories of him will always be with me for the rest of my life. In this time of loss for a loved one please accept my sincere condolences and prayers.

Dearest Joan, Chip and Keith,
We have shared so much in our 35 years of friendship, major milestones and some not so major. Chris was our practical joker, our social director, a "jack of all trades" including "neighborhood weather watchman", but more than that he was our best friend. He loved you, his family, his friends with such a spirit and generosity. He has truly left us with many wonderful memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We share your sorrow....he touched so many lives and we were blessed to have him be such an important part of ours. Our love always,

Dear Joan, Keith and Chip,
I was so saddened to hear that Chris passed. I offer you my deepest condolences and wish I could be there with you. I loved Chris as a father and will miss him very much.
As a boy and teenager growing into manhood, he was like a second father to me, and all of Keith and Chip's friends. I heard the birds and the bees discussion from Chris one day in the kitchen on Richards Rd. So many of my fondest memories took place in the Lewis homes, the condo in Maine, Charlestown Navy Yard, etc... and all of those were with Mr. Lewis. I can still hear him yelling out "KEITHY, I need your help for a minute", or "Hey CHIPPA, give me a hand with this".
Most of my summers were spent learning the value of a honest day's work and how to do things the right way. Whether it be building a new deck or fence, scraping and repainting the bottom of a boat, working in the machine shop, or cleaning the boat in Boston, we were all enlisted into his private crew, and happy to serve. The work was often difficult, but it was fun, and the rewards were great. At the end of the day he would always buy you a drink or meal when the work was done, and would talk and laugh with you for hours. I learned so many life lessons from him, and find myself teaching many of those same lessons to my son and his friends.
I'm grateful for having known him in his best years, learning some of his best lessons and catch phrases along the way, and being given the opportunity to do so many things I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.
Joan, Chip and Keith, thank you for sharing him with all of us!

Joan and Family - Sue, myself and the kids were so spoiled by Chris every summer in Newport, and even though they would terrorize him and the boat he was a sweetheart. Chris treated me like a son for the past 18 plus years and I will miss him tremendously. He was so generous, sincere and an incredible friend. Our thoughts are with you. Jaime Sue Leger
