Not sure what to say?

Thank you Amy Adams and a great big hug to your son for honoring my son on his baseball jersey! I am ever humbled and awed by those who remember and honor my son, no matter how much time has passed because then I know by all of you he ( and the fallen with him) are truly always remembered. I noted the number 24 also on his jersey. Christopher was 24 then. I treasure these shared posts, thoughts, and memories of Christopher. They gave brought joy, happiness, and healing to my heart. Thank...

Hi, I'm hoping this message reaches Chris' family, especially his mom. My son plays travel baseball and the organization does fallen hero jerseys to honor those men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice. Chris' name is on my son's jersey and he will honor him ever so proudly. We wanted to reach out to his family and offer condolences, love and let them know that Chris is not forgotten. We would love to connect with you in person whoever this message makes it way to. Thank...

Mrs. Lyons, I had no doubt it was you that day, but I dared not disturb you. I just wanted to make sure you were ok. I know from personal experience, that people who lose a loved one (actually one veteran friend told me, "they didn´t give their lives, their lives were taken from them by bad men) in War, never get over this loss, but learn to live with it the best they can. From what I read of Chris, he was a Christian ( I belong to Grace Brethren Church in Wooster) and that means we will all...

Christopher, Love you more than ever. Mom Thank you Steve Mazak for your kind words and adopting Christopher´s grave for care. Your kindness will never be forgotten. ( I was most likely the one lying on his grave that day. - Christopher´s Mom )

I was at Western Reserve Cemetery one day, several years ago, visiting a friends grave, when I noticed a lady who was lying on a grave near where I was. It was quite hot that day and I was concerned about the lady, as she wasn´t moving, and I stuck around to make sure she got up and was ok. After she left, I went to the grave to see who it was and it was Chris´. I live close by and decided to learn all I could about the young soldier she had been visiting. I do military history research and...

Chris was a good guy full of life and joy. He was the kind of guy could tell if you was having a bad day he would turn that around really fast! He always had something special about him to make everyone around him laugh and in a good mood. Sure miss hanging out with you and my cousin mike day that has past away now a few years back. I remember going up to the apartment up stairs on Broadway hanging out as well at mikes house on 61 or mine on myers ave. Even just out driving around with you...
