Owens and Brumley Funeral Home - Wichita Falls Obituary


Christopher Jacob Maldonado, 22, of Wichita Falls passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2017.


Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2017 in the Chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls with Pastor Ruben Sauceda, officiating. Interment will follow at Rosemont Cemetery under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.


Christopher was born on June 10, 1995 to Joseph Dean Norseworthy and Elvira Maldonado in Wichita Falls. He grew up in Wichita Falls, working in the landscaping and roofing business. Christopher was energetic, and always on the go. He was a big brother to other people, and always willing to help, just being himself. Christopher enjoyed hanging out with his family and his friends, and going to the casino. The family recalls him as being a “Mama’s Boy”. He loved his bedtime snack of a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich. Christopher will truly be missed by his family and friends.


He is survived by his parents; three sisters, Erica Dunbar, Mariah Maldonado, and Alexandra Maldonado; girlfriend, Arely; nieces, Destiny, Serena, Kinzi, and Aubrey; nephews, Jacob Esquivel, Jeremy, and Adonis; grandparents, Anita Davila, Sid Maldonado, and Martha Norseworthy; and numerous other family members.


Christopher is preceded in death by a sister, Christina Esquivel; grandfather, Larry Norseworthy; and nephew, Eric Lee Dunbar.


The family will receive friends between 6 and 8 p.m.Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls.

My heart grieves with this family I didn't get the opportunity to get to know Chris like others. But know be will be greatly missed. My prayers are with all of you. May Jesus hold you in His arms at this time.
